Shipping policy

Free shipping, always

Shipping is included in the price you see. Every order ships free within the United States — there is no minimum, no threshold, and nothing added at checkout.

Where we ship

United States, all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship internationally, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.

Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders after that ship the next business day. We don't process or ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery times

4–8 business days from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed by us.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. That can take up to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation — the label is created before the carrier picks it up, so a tracking number showing no movement for a day is normal.

If something goes wrong

Parcel marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and around the property first, then email us — most turn up within 24 hours. If it doesn't, we'll replace it.

Parcel arrived damaged? Send a photo and we'll ship a replacement. Don't send the damaged one back.

Taxes

The price you see is the price you pay. Any applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is already included in the listed price, so nothing extra is added at checkout.
